GROUP CLASS GUIDELINES
1) Plan to always arrive early so you can set yourself up for class and be ready to start on time
2) Take your yoga practice seriously, decide that you will make it to class no matter what resistance comes up, externally or internally--the rewards of your efforts will be beyond description
3) Wear loose, comfy clothes
4) Bring a mat or blanket to sit upon, maybe a towel as well
5) Do not eat 1 hour before class; if you do eat, take a few minutes to practice Digestion Rx Exercises
6) Specialized Yoga is an inward journey and a group journey; do not talk during class (unless you are in pain, have a very important question or a really good joke)
7) Allow time after class to relax, drink Yogi Tea and immerse yourself in the Sacred Space.
8) Your generous payment for class is greatly appreciated; however, never let money be a barrier from taking class -- barters and trades are also happily accepted.
